How do you feel about this building? I think it is a wasted opportunity and that the outside looks as though it has a green fungus growing on it.
But it has won awards so ... what would I know!
I like it because of the colours and its unusualness but I can understand your point of view Julie. The image of fungus growing on it is quite funny!
